Canvas and Verity Integrated Systems Launch Tandem Aerospace & Defense

HUNTSVILLE, AL | August 5, 2025 — Canvas, a leading provider of engineering and mission systems solutions for national defense, has announced the formation of a joint venture with Verity Integrated Systems, a Native American, Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) focused on science and technology-based engineering. The new entity, Tandem Aerospace & Defense, brings together two Huntsville-based companies aligned in mission, culture, and commitment to advancing capabilities for the warfighter.

Tandem Aerospace & Defense unites Canvas and Verity’s complementary strengths to deliver integrated, high-performance solutions across critical defense domains including hypersonics, autonomy, software and data engineering, systems integration, and digital solutions.
