Canvas is pleased to share that Jacob Jaworski, Business Unit Director for Test & Engineering, has been selected as the 2026 Chair of the Military Affairs Committee (MAC) for the Niceville Valparaiso Chamber.

The Military Affairs Committee plays a key role in strengthening collaboration between the local business community and military installations across the region, advancing initiatives that benefit service members, their families, and mission partners.

Before joining Canvas, Jacob served 21 years in the U.S. Air Force and Air Force Reserve, completing multiple combat deployments in support of Operations Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom, Inherent Resolve, and Freedom’s Sentinel. His military career shaped a strong foundation in leadership, operational execution, strategic planning, and test and evaluation, experience he continues to bring to his work today.

As Chair, Jacob will guide the committee’s efforts throughout 2026, working alongside Vice Chair Jeff Hy and MAC members to continue building strong relationships and driving meaningful impact across the military community. The 2026 MAC year officially kicks off with its first meeting on February 5.

Jacob’s appointment reflects his continued commitment to leadership and service, both within Canvas and across the communities where our customers and teammates live and work.
