Canvas is pleased to announce the recent acquisition of Cline-Morin Associates (CMA) as a wholly owned subsidiary, now Canvas Management Associates. On March 16, 2015, Canvas announced a definitive agreement to acquire CMA, a provider of mission support services to U.S. Government Agencies. CMA offers a wide range of Human Resources (HR) and Business Management capabilities with staff that are highly qualified and experienced Professional Contract Managers, Cost Estimator Analysts, Defense Acquisition Program Managers, and Lean Six Sigma Professionals who support programs for the Department of Defense (DoD) and other Federal customers.
CMA also brings multiple prime Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) and Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contract vehicles to include; AMCOM Express Business & Analytical (B&A), Army HRSolutions Studies & Analysis, Navy Seaport-e, GSA Federal Acquisition Services (FAS), and GSA MOBIS Schedule.
